For the last 20 years, Minimum World has been supplying miniaturists with all they need to make their miniature dreams into a reality.
Our rapidly growing, family-owned business is proud to be the UK distributor of several renowned international brands including Reutter Porzellan, Mini Mundus and Houseworks. We also work with a number of UK-based artisans who create their beautiful products by hand.
From house kits to furniture and dolls to DIY, we offer an outstanding array of more than 7000 miniature items, and have a wonderful worldwide family of customers who keep returning for more. We love seeing our customers’ projects on our social media pages, a fantastic source of inspiration and a chance for tips and ideas to be shared.
Based in the village of Loddon, in the beautiful Norfolk Broads, our fantastic team is heavily involved in the local community, and we also support national and international charities.
Owners Ben and Kate also recently started the Blue Bear Family Foundation, which provides grants to families and individuals who are adopting a child with extra needs to help cover part of the adoption costs.
We have strong core values and are committed to ethical sourcing and sustainability in all areas of the business. Our employment contracts are family friendly and flexible and we encourage our team members to engage in life-long learning programmes. Our packaging is recyclable and compostable, and our new website is 100% carbon-neutral – meaning that all emissions associated with its servers have been offset by renewable energy projects that reduce the use of fossil fuels.
